When placing an order on a store, it throws a validation message that "Restaurant is not available right now"

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Add an item to the cart from store.
Go to the checkout page.
Click on "Click to order".
observe that it throws validation message that "Restaurant is not available right now "
*Expected behavior
Validation message should not be shown until the restaurant is not closed.

Reproduce the checkout flow by adding an item, opening checkout, and selecting "Click to order". Start by locating the checkout order-validation entry point and the restaurant availability check; done means an open restaurant can accept the order without the "Restaurant is not available right now" message, while closed restaurants still show it.
