Hi,
we need to be able to configure a proxy when running scenarios. So in plaing Playwright we just use the configuration
```
..
proxy: {server: 'myproxy:3128'},
ignoreHTTPErrors: ...,
..
```
If some gives me a hint/discuss how to achieve I will prepare a PR.
