Description
I sometimes experience that the initial values for a field is not rendered in the control. It seems to occur most when the underlying server is "slow" - ie. the system in general is not very fast performing. After a screen refresh the values appear, but that is of course not satisfying to the customer, who might think that the fields are just not filled in.
Anybody with the experience, and advice on how to fix?

Research direction
No file, test, control, or entry point is named. Start by reproducing the missing initial values under a slow server and trace the control's initial-value rendering path. Done means the values appear reliably without requiring a screen refresh.
