Rename to Turnbot lib

Research direction
No files or tests are named. Start by inventorying robot_lib, src, and the concrete and abstract classes mentioned in the issue, then identify how the Arduino robot uses the framework. Done means the framework and robot have separate names and repositories, with the robot depending on the reusable library as agreed.
