Corrigir criar categoria

Completado o cadastro de uma categoria, ao clicar o botão para adicionar nova categoria o campo nome continua preenchido com a categoria que acabou de ser criada

Inspect the category creation form and reproduce the issue by creating a category, then clicking the button to add another one. Identify where the name field is reset after successful creation; done means the new-category form opens with an empty name field.
