Description
Hello, is it possible to add a vector layer with a custom proj4 projection? For instance, I have a map with the EPSG:3763 projection, a tile layer in the EPSG:3857 projection, as the base map, and I want to add a vector layer in the EPSG:3763 projection.
Best regards,
Márcia

Research direction
No source files, tests, or entry points are identified in the issue. Start by clarifying whether maptalks.js should support vector layers in EPSG:3763 while the base tile layer remains EPSG:3857, then locate the projection and vector-layer handling once the expected behavior is defined. Done should include agreed support for the stated projection combination and verification of the resulting map behavior.
