Description
As a task manager, I make a significant effort to write instructions on how to deal with tasks in a challenge.
But for end users, this text is almost invisible.
At a minimum, make the scrollbars more visible when they are needed or invent another clear visual cue that more text is hidden.
Ideally, provide at least double the space for the instructions in both the challenge and task view, so that you can see an entire paragraph as you try to read them.
I've taken to adding "scroll for more info" as a stopgap measure:

Research direction
Reproduce the issue in both the challenge and task views using the linked example, then locate the UI that displays task instructions and inspect how longer text is constrained. Done means a full paragraph is easier to read, and any remaining hidden text has a clear visual cue or more visible scrolling.
