Description
Add option in task creation to allow users to write a small blog post that can feed right into the Maproulette
- Have a slider that turns this feature on and off.
- Have a text field be enabled (when the slider is set to 'on') to allow the creator of the task to talk about the task and what inspired them to create it. Other things can be included here.
- This is sent to a repository (along with the link to the task) where the team can curate it and upload it to MapRoulette Blog, after review.
This is just an idea for creators to get more out reach for their tasks.

Research direction
The issue does not identify any files, tests, entry points, or repository details for the blog workflow. First clarify the destination repository, review process, task-creation UI scope, and acceptance criteria; done should include an agreed design and a defined path from the creation form to curated blog content.
