Description

Hi,

A lot of QA tools have rss feed options (so you can get notificatied if there are issues in your neighbourhood). I think it'd be nice if Maproulette also had this.
( This tool makes those rss feeds easily creatable for the end user https://tyrasd.github.io/osm-qa-feeds/ )

Cheers

Research direction

The issue does not name files, tests, or an entry point. Start by reviewing how MapRoulette represents area filtering and feeds, then compare the requested bounding-box RSS workflow with the linked osm-qa-feeds tool. Done means users can create an RSS feed limited to a specific neighbourhood or bounding box.
