Description

I am creating Challenge and changed something on Priorities tab. But, once Challenge is created, there is no effect on new Tasks. Even if I do as simple change as altering default priority, Tasks are still created with priority High. No matter, if imported via Overpass or GeoJSON. Moreover, when I Edit Challenge, on Priorities tab I do not see my changes.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue with a Challenge whose Priorities settings differ from the defaults, using both Overpass and GeoJSON imports, then inspect the Challenge creation, editing, and Task creation entry points. Confirm that saved priority settings persist, appear when editing the Challenge, and determine the priority of newly created Tasks.
