Description

While you can make a case that you would want to show items marked too hard to other users (once), there is no case to do so for the user that just marked it as too hard.

Particularly frustrating is the (non-invented case) when there is 1 remaining open task and dozens marked as too hard, which leads to the user continuously cycling through tasks that they have already seen.

Research direction

Start by tracing the Scala backend/API flow that selects the next task for a user, using the issue’s too-hard scenario as the reproduction case. Confirm that a task marked too hard is not presented again to that same user, while the remaining open task can still be reached; the payload names no specific files or tests.
