Enhance tooltip to "Start | View | Save" a challenge by

Resizing it to turn it more readable tooltip to start a challenge (like "Missing Crosswalks of Aargau in Switzerland (Switzerland)"). See image below. And

Adding a direct link to Statistics (e.g. Aargau http://maproulette.org/ui/metrics/1413 ); so the tooltip contains "Start | View | Save | Statistics".
