Description
Merge all dc-*.yml files and consolidate into a comprehensive workshop lesson that covers the following topics:
- start codespace
- run planetiler to convert pre-loaded data into tiles
- start martin with the generated data
- run maputnik locally in another service, but it should be behind the same hostname and port - so possibly proxy via nginx
- start postgres service with postgis
- use osm2pgsql to import walkways and benches into the postgres service
