Description
When a new feature is released from MLN and we add it to the wrapper, issues like #997 arise. This is due to setups not using Continuous Native Generation (CNG). Are there any possibilities to ensure everyone is using the native version, which is required by the wrapper?

Research direction
Start by reviewing issue #997 and the wrapper's required MLN/native version. Then investigate how ejected or bare setups differ from Continuous Native Generation (CNG); done means establishing whether and how those setups can reliably use the native version required by the wrapper.
