I'm getting the following when running pip install -r requirements.txt:

Start with requirements.txt line 13 and reproduce the reported pip install -r requirements.txt failure. Check the PyYAML 5.4 dependency and its build output; done means the requirements installation completes without this deprecation-related build error.
