layer and tile set panes for Mac OS version

I accidentally removed the layer and tile set panes. And I can't find any button or short cut or setting to put them back. Was able to do this in Windows.

Couldn't find forums to ask this in either.

Looks like the menu set that lets you create a new layer, object layer, view your layers pane, etc. is missing from this version.

No help menu (where you could get the version).
