Description
When laying out maps in a world, it would be useful if they could be snapped to a configurable "world grid". This allows them to be more easily re-arranged from a high level. Currently, maps in a world only snap to the tile grid.
Feature is demonstrated in [this tweet by Bit Kid](https://twitter.com/BitKidGames/status/1486433738615570441).

Research direction
Start by tracing the existing tile-grid snapping used when laying out maps in a world. Define how a configurable world grid should interact with that behavior, using the linked demonstration as a reference, then verify that maps can be rearranged at a higher level while preserving tile-grid snapping.
