Description

**Tiled 1.7.2, on Linux**

It would be nice to have customizable hotkeys available for the items in the View >> Views and Toolbars menu. That would be all the ones that toggle on and off the different UI panels.

* My primary desire right now is a hotkey to toggle the Console.
* If there was a hotkey to toggle the Project panel, I would use that constantly too.

All of the other ones would come in handy as well. Instead of just ClearView or NoView :D you could quickly toggle on and off each different panel as you needed it. It would save a lot of time dragging panels around and clicking here and there.

Research direction

Start by locating the View > Views and Toolbars menu and the existing action or shortcut handling for its panel toggles. Check how the Console and Project panel actions are defined, then determine how customizable shortcuts are stored and exposed. Done means each panel toggle can receive a user-configurable hotkey and the shortcuts work reliably.
