Description
So I'm a bit new to this, I think I first used Tiled months ago but not really extensively. Today, it was recommended to me again and I took another look.
I run:
Tiled 1.2.3, 64x
Windows 10
What happens:
The window gets "stuck". The tab view stops updating. When clicking on properties it doesn't switch to edit mode, or if it does, it doesn't render as such. Close buttons for the wangtiles/collision sidebars are unresponsive or don't render the response. Buttons that open extra windows still work and so do dropdown menus. All of these symptoms happen only on the tileset editor, and only if there's also a map editor tab open at the same time. The map editor tab has none of these problems. When a map tab is closed and a tileset tab is opened afterwards, the tileset tab will not even begin to render.

Research direction
Reproduce the issue on Windows 10 with Tiled 1.2.3 by opening a map editor tab alongside a tileset editor tab. Start by inspecting the tileset editor's updating and rendering behavior while switching tabs and controls. Done means the tileset editor continues rendering and responds to properties, sidebar close buttons, and other controls with a map tab open.
