Description

When working in an object layer, it would be great to just drag the tile from the tileset browser directly to the map, bypassing the place tool selection.

Research direction

Start by locating the tileset browser and the object-layer placement interaction in the editor. Trace how selecting a tile currently leads to the place tool, then define the drag path from the browser to the map; done means a tile can be dragged directly onto an object layer without manually selecting the place tool.
