Description
Currently, we have only [one example](https://github.com/mapbox/vector-tile-spec/blob/v2.0-development/2.0/README.md#46-example) of the structure of an entire tile encoded. Perhaps more examples would be helpful to people?

Research direction
Read the existing example in 2.0/README.md, especially section 4.6, and review how the current complete tile encoding is presented.
