Description

Description

In certain setups, >=14.17.6 may be too strict of a configuration. We should downgrade this to the lowest version with support for:

  1. .mjs files and interop for CommonJS
  2. fs/promises package

Research direction

Search the repository for the Node.js version declaration and inspect how the supported runtime is configured. Verify candidate versions for .mjs and CommonJS interop plus fs/promises; done means the requirement uses the lowest version supporting both features.
