Description
In complex dense datasets like the one in #311 Tippecanoe will take multiple passes to determine the correct parameters to keep large tiles under the 500K size limit. Often these passes can use a lot of processing time. If tippecoanoe was to be used for operational maintenance of changing dataset it would be nice to be able to record these values somewhere and re-use them again.

Research direction
Start by reading issue #311 and the processing paths that determine parameters for keeping tiles under the 500K size limit. Define how those values could be recorded and supplied on later runs, then verify that reused values continue to produce tiles within the stated limit.
