Description
**Feature Request**
When dropping features with arguments like `-as`, `-ad`, `-an`, `-pd`, would it be possible to specify from which layers we can choose features to drop?
This would be useful when I have features that I really don't want dropped, but there are other features in the same mbtiles database that are lower priority for keeping.

Research direction
Start by tracing the command-line handling for -as, -ad, -an, and -pd and how those options select features from an MBTiles database. Done means the feature can specify the layers eligible for dropping while preserving features in other layers.
