Description
`indexes` is broken when a polygon spans the antimeridian (due to mapbox/tilebelt#32). It relied on tilebelt providing out-of-range tile indices but tilebelt now automatically wraps these.

Research direction
Start at the indexes implementation and compare its antimeridian handling with tilebelt's wrapped tile indices. Reproduce a polygon spanning the antimeridian and verify that indexes returns valid covering tiles without relying on out-of-range indices.
