camelCase options

`min_zoom` and `max_zoom` options break all JS conventions by not being camelCase, which is pretty confusing. I think we should eventually break compat and rename them (with a major version bump).

Start by locating where the min_zoom and max_zoom options are defined, documented, and consumed, then inspect existing tests and callers for compatibility expectations. The issue does not name files or tests, and its proposed timing and migration plan are unresolved; done would require an agreed camelCase API and release strategy.
