Border between Spain and France missing

Hi guys,

I just built a fresh osmbright setup and the border is missing. I see borders around other european states... hm could somebody give me a hint where to look at? Also got a running Tilemill instance here. I'm a sysadmin, not a carto style guy. So I would like to apologize if the question is at the completely wrong place here...
