Description
Would this package accept a pull request that supports using GitHub releases as a mirror? It is a cost-free alternative compared to S3 and also better introspectable as all binaries are simply listed in the release overview.

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by determining how node-pre-gyp currently configures binary mirrors and how GitHub releases would fit that workflow; done should include an agreed configuration, release behavior, and validation for using GitHub releases instead of S3.
