Description
Hi,
We want to be able to upload the packaged binaries onto Azure Blob Storage and put it behind a [SAS token](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/storage/common/storage-dotnet-shared-access-signature-part-1). The package will then only be accessible if the SAS token (part of the query param) is present.
