Description
Just thought I would let others know that I have created a complementary module which provides the ability to publish to GitHub releases (instead of S3). Check it out here: node-pre-gyp-github

Research direction
The issue points to the external node-pre-gyp-github module and its node-pre-gyp-github publish command; start by reviewing that module and how it relates to node-pre-gyp. The issue does not name files or tests, and completion would require a defined integration scope and acceptance criteria.
