Description

Because `SLIC` is randomly seeded, we'll see _slight_ variations in outputs at the pixel level. We should use `raster-tester compare` (https://github.com/mapbox/raster-tester) to compare, as it allows for down / upsampled comparison + comparison within a threshold.

Research direction

Start by locating the image-comparison tests or commands that currently compare SLIC outputs, then review the raster-tester compare documentation. Replace the pixel-level comparison with raster-tester using an appropriate threshold, and verify that the comparisons tolerate the slight variations caused by random SLIC seeding.
