[Austria] Reviewing osmlint-osmium and osmlint data issues

### Background

As part of on-going work to improve the quality of OpenStreetMap data, we use internal Mapbox data validation jobs that search OSM data for errors for detecting issues related to road network data in Austria. In total, we are going to review issues in 6 categories.

Our plan is to review all detected issues and fix it in OpenStreetMap. There's a [link](https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Organised_Editing/Activities/resolve_linting_issues_in_Austria) to the OSM Wiki page.

### Timeframe

We are going to start review on middle the April 2022.

### Tools

We will use existing OpenStreetMap editing tools, we will use #hashtag for the project **#mapbox_linters_austria**

Satellite Imagery: basemap.at Orthofoto, Bing, Maxar, Esri
Street Level Imagery: Mapillary, OpenStreetCam, other open sources if available

Review the listed categories using iD and the referenced imagery sources, then verify that detected road-network issues are corrected in OpenStreetMap under #mapbox_linters_austria. Questions can be directed to the named contact or raised in changeset comments.
