Description
Would it be possible to add the option to show ETAs for a particular route instead of [route duration](https://docs.mapbox.com/ios/navigation/api/2.0.0-beta.9/Classes/NavigationMapView.html#/s:16MapboxNavigation0B7MapVi[…]gySay0A10Directions0F0CGSg_tF)?

Research direction
Start with the MapboxNavigationMapView route-annotation API linked in the issue and trace how route duration is currently exposed. Clarify the expected ETA and delay behavior for a particular route, then identify the affected Swift implementation and tests. Done means route annotations can select ETA and delay values with coverage for the requested behavior.
