Description
The current duration of `navigationViewController.notifyUserAboutLowVolumeIfNeeded()` is only 3 seconds. If someone is not focusing on their screen, they will potentially miss it. The banner is not turned off by an actual change in volume (and only shows up at the beginning of a trip). Initially introduced in #2121
Seems like volume adjustment has been an issue for a while and loops back to the problem noted in #1826

Research direction
Start by locating navigationViewController.notifyUserAboutLowVolumeIfNeeded() and reviewing its introduction in #2121. Read the related concern in #1826 to understand the existing volume behavior. Done means the low-volume banner remains visible long enough for users to notice and its behavior matches the agreed requirement.
