[Android Auto] Back handler in preview screen is broken

Description

When using Google Assistant in Android Auto, a screen with the different navigation options is shown. Tapping on one of these will display a preview of the route. In this screen, when tapping on the back button seems to be broken. The system will move the screen back to the preview screen automatically.

This is reproducible in the `android-auto-app` included in this repo as shown in the video below:
