Description
Hi,
We are currently working on a new design in our company and achieve a design similar to this.
The reasons are that :
* it will make street names visible
* Make bike lanes visible and not covered by the line
in Mapbox Navigation 2.0 we can indeed provide a color for the casing but since it's a wider line below the other one having a full opaque casing isn't possible like in the screenshot below.

Will there be a possibility to achieve something like this in the future?
Also, while playing with the opacity in navigation, I get those artifacts :
Would it make sense to have the ability to set the lineCap and lineJoin to avoid this effect?
Thank you very much in advance

Research direction
No file, test, or entry point is named. Start by reproducing the reported line-casing opacity artifacts from the screenshots and trace the navigation rendering path; done would require a decided, testable scope for translucent casing and lineCap or lineJoin support.
