Description
Hello Mapbox team,
In the core SDK of the navigation, I was looking for a way to control the sensitivity of the off-route trigger but was not able to find a way to customize it.
Would it make sense to allow us to control this? Maybe in the same way of controlling the arrival event in the ArrivalOptions of the ArrivalController or in a similar way?
Cheers and thanks in advance for your help!

Research direction
Start by reviewing the core navigation SDK's off-route trigger and compare it with the ArrivalOptions and ArrivalController APIs mentioned in the issue. Determine the intended sensitivity controls and API shape before identifying implementation and test locations; done means callers can configure off-route behavior with documented, verified results.
