Mapbox Navigation Code Set Up issue

I have download the source code and follow all steps regarding set up the source code in our system. But always show the error
"A problem occurred configuring root project 'Mapbox Navigation Examples'.
> Could not resolve all files for configuration ':classpath'.
> Could not resolve com.mapbox.gradle.plugins:access-token:0.4.0."


I already create a account free version and set up a public access token and secret access token but result should same. Can you guide me so I will check the navigation running source code and after that I will check billing details for navigation but I m sure I found all features like


1. Turn by Turn navigation
2. Re-Routing map draw.
3. Change route line default color
4. Show multiple routes and choose according the route according to our choice.

So Kindly fix my Issue first.
