news channel for people building with Mapbox GL JS

Some feedback... I feel Mapbox GL JS is lacking a channel of communication with/among developers building with GL JS. There is the Mapbox blog for big ticket items which the team has done a great job on GL JS posts, but I feel a lot of the smaller announcements and engagement with developers building with GL JS has some room for improvement.

For example by chance I saw https://github.com/mapbox/mapbox-gl-js/pull/6573 but most people who only build with GL JS and don't develop GL JS don't subscribe to every PR, so they probably won't know about it, but a short note announcing there is a new experimental plugin for making GL JS accessible might be that gift some developers out there have been praying for.

Similarly beta releases could be announced for folks to test out, more people testing means more chance of catching bugs earlier.

Bridging the gap between the low volume gl js posts on the Mapbox blog, and the high volume github issues/prs.
