Setting the worldview on the map will cause the names of several countries to disappear

To save time, I demonstrated it directly in the Style editor. The same is true when generating a map in the foreground.

Without setting the worldview, Russia, North Korea, and South Korea can be seen on the map.


When I set the worldview to Japan or Turkey, the names of these countries disappeared. I couldn't find the names of these countries when I zoomed in or out on the map. Of course, the same is true when the worldview is set to something else.



Reproduce the issue in the Style editor and in a foreground map by setting the worldview to Japan or Turkey, then compare country labels with no worldview set. Confirm that Russia, North Korea, and South Korea remain visible across zoom levels; done means their names no longer disappear when a worldview is configured.
