## Motivation / Descripion
When zooming from a point out to the maximum, the globe tilt to a default angle which makes it impossible to zoom in to the point you came from.
## Design Alternatives
Just don't tilt the globe at max zoom out. IMHO it must be possible to zoom out to the max and then zoom in back to the same point you started from.

Start by reproducing the globe view behavior in mapbox-gl-js: zoom from a point out to the maximum, then try to zoom back in. Trace the zoom and tilt handling involved in that interaction; done means reaching maximum zoom-out no longer changes the angle in a way that prevents returning to the original point.
