Description

Some projections trigger a geometry extent warning. The tile transform likely needs to be adjusted to allow for more padding.

**mapbox-gl-js version**: main

**browser**: all

### Steps to Trigger Behavior

1. open debug page
2. map.setZoom(2)
3. map.setProjection('albers')

### Link to Demonstration

http://localhost:9966/debug/index.html

### Expected Behavior

No warning.

### Actual Behavior

Research direction

Reproduce the warning in debug/index.html by setting zoom to 2 and switching to the albers projection. Start by investigating the tile transform's geometry extent handling and verify that the reproduction no longer emits the warning.
