Description

mapbox gljs 2.0.1 with a a pitch angle in the 80s.

### Actual Behaviour
uparrow key moves the cam position a step forward.
downarrow key moves a huge leap backwards.

### Expected Behaviour
I would suggest that moving forward and moving backwards with the arrow keys uses the same gear.
Because if you overshoot your target you would like to undo your forward movement by pressing the down arrow. But this propels you way back.

Research direction

Reproduce the issue in Mapbox GL JS 2.0.1 with the map pitched in the 80s, then compare the camera displacement from the up- and down-arrow keys. Done means reversing a forward movement with the down arrow uses the same distance rather than a much larger backward leap.
