Description
This project doesn't currently have contribution guidelines. We should add the default Mapbox one.
This should also have a note about all bugs being fixed with a test. Most of the bugs this project sees are edge cases, so tests are the only way we can know the things are regressing.

- All PRs contain the an update to the change log
- All PRs contain tests
