[OSRM Frontend](http://map.project-osrm.org/?z=18¢er=37.775684%2C-122.421175&loc=37.775142%2C-122.421877&loc=37.776380%2C-122.420504&hl=en&alt=0) supports lane indications.
It would be great to expose this feature in the step list here as well.
