Description
The semaphoreci machines are able to support logbt (and modifying the `core_pattern`) as per testing at https://semaphoreci.com/springmeyer/travis-coredump/branches/master/builds/13. So I plan to add semaphore as a docker testing target.

Research direction
Start by locating the existing Docker testing targets and CI configuration for logbt. Use the linked Semaphore build as context, then verify that a Semaphore target can run the project and modify core_pattern as required; done means the target is added and passes there.
