Description
If my map `zoom` is an integer the image of my map is correct.
However if i set the `zoomDelta` to `0.25` for example and the zoom then is no longer an integer number, the map image is incorrect. Often it just shows blue sea rather than the map that is on my screen.
Any ideas?

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are identified. Start by reproducing the generated image with a non-integer zoomDelta such as 0.25, then trace the image-generation path for zoom handling; done means the output matches the map at fractional zoom levels.
