Description

It is difficult to tell which feature corresponds to which row in the table. Clicking a row will `fitBounds` to the corresponding feature, but it would be nice to highlight the corresponding feature on hover.

Likewise, when hovering a feature on the map, we can highlight it and highlight the corresponding row in the table.

Research direction

Start by tracing the table row click path that calls `fitBounds`, then inspect the existing map-feature hover behavior and how the corresponding row is identified. The change is complete when hovering either a table row or map feature highlights both representations without changing the existing click-to-fit behavior; no file or test is named in the issue.
