Description
Sorry if this isn't the right place to ask, but I just wanted to raise the question of a more specific file extension. The examples suggest `.pbf`, but that doesn't distinguish it from other protobuf spatial formats (including Mapbox vector tiles). Perhaps `.geobuf`? Or `.geojson.pbf`?
