Description

The documentation says that it should be easy to do incremental parsing or partial reads. Can someone please post an example on how to do this? For example, let's say I have a geobuf that I am trying to decode, how would I get all the features that have property.id = 1?

Research direction

Start by reviewing the existing documentation's guidance on incremental parsing or partial reads and the geobuf decoding entry point. Reproduce the requested example with a geobuf and a feature whose property.id is 1, then document a clear working example that shows how to obtain the matching features.
